Amy Halloran

Assistant General Counsel, Sutter Health

Amy Halloran is an Assistant General Counsel at Sutter Health where she provides legal advice and counsel to the philanthropic foundations responsible for raising funds to support Sutter hospitals and programs throughout Northern California. Amy's practice at Sutter Health also includes support of the bond financing and merger acquisitions teams. Prior to joining Sutter Health, Amy spent 20 years in private practice as an estate, trust, and tax planning attorney.  Amy earned undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Communications Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law, and a Legal Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University. 

Amy's community service includes nine years serving on the Arden Park Dolphins Board of Directors and eight years as a member of the Sacramento Chapter of National Charity League. Amy and her husband, Pete, have two college-age daughters who attended, and graduated from, Mariemont Elementary School, Arden Middle School, and Rio Americano High School.
