Board of Directors

Baelee Zeiher is a Health and Benefits Consultant at Segal with more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She earned her bachelor’s degree from California State University and her master’s degree from Colorado State University. Baelee holds a Group Benefits Associate (GBA) certification from the Wharton School and is a graduate of Leadership Sacramento (Class of 2023). She is also a licensed insurance agent.

A lifelong member of the community, Baelee attended Deterding Elementary School, Barrett Middle School, and graduated from Del Campo High School. Today, she continues to live, work, and serve in the community she has always called home. Baelee is also the parent of two young children who attend elementary school in the San Juan Unified School District.

Serving on the San Juan Education Foundation Board of Directors allows Baelee to actively invest in the success of students and educators across the district. As Board Chair for the 2026–2027 term, she is honored to lead the Foundation’s efforts to strengthen educational opportunities, support teachers, and ensure that every student has the resources they need to thrive.
