The Fair Oaks Chicken Run is more than a race — it’s a lively community tradition that brings people together for fitness, fun, and a shared purpose: supporting education across San Juan Unified.
Each year on the first Sunday in May, runners, walkers, families, and friends take to the streets of Old Fair Oaks for a day of high energy and even higher impact.
Since becoming the event’s proud beneficiary in 2022, the San Juan Education Foundation has directed proceeds to support classroom innovation, student opportunities, and educator grants across San Juan Unified.
