Matt Ceccato is a combat wounded Operation Iraqi Freedom Army Veteran, a graduate of Penn State School of International Affairs, and district director for Congressman Ami Bera, M.D. Matt has served the residents of Sacramento County since 2013, where he lives with his wife and two daughters.
