Julia Cochran

Julia Cochran is the owner & CEO of J.Elm Business Solutions, Inc. a local association management, corporate event planning, & business services firm. Julia has over 20 years of nonprofit association management experience and is a Certified Association Executive in addition to holding a degree in Organizational Management and a minor in Business Administration. She was honored as one of the Sacramento Business Journal's 40 Under 40, is a frequent instructor on topics ranging from ethics to management styles, and has contributed articles for industry publications including California Buildings News and Rent & Retain magazine.

Julia is passionate about serving her community and has established a property management training program for women facing homelessness, which allows students to gain both housing and employment in the residential property management industry.

Julia lives in Carmichael, where she and her husband Charles are raising their six children who attend San Juan Unified schools.
