Kimberly Garner

Kimberly Garner is the founder and managing attorney of Garner Law. Kim specializes in estate planning, as well as trust and probate litigation. Kim’s practice includes drafting estate plans, trust administration, trust litigation and general resolution of trust disputes between families. She brings her experience from a wide array of civil litigation matters to this practice area. She has been annually recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Northern California since 2015. Kim received her B.A. with Honors in Sociology from University of California at Berkeley and her J.D. from University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. She is a Past President of both Women Lawyers of Sacramento and the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law Alumni Association.

In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and children, being outside, and serving the community. She is a Girl Scout Troop Leader and also serves on the Executive Committee for the Del Dayo Elementary PTO, where her children attend school. As a parent with children currently in the District and SJUSD alumna, Kim is passionate about supporting SJUSD students and teachers.
